Our Story
The Haitian American Chamber of Commerce of Pennsylvania (HACCPA) was founded to serve as a bridge between Haitian-owned businesses, community organizations, professionals, and the broader economic landscape of Pennsylvania. From small businesses and churches to banks, nonprofits, and schools, HACCPA helps stakeholders work together to create stronger pathways to opportunity.
We understand that many Haitian business owners and professionals are doing powerful work in their communities but may not always have the same access to contracts, funding, visibility, or networks. HACCPA is here to close that gap and to make sure Haitian excellence is seen, valued, and supported.
To connect, promote, and empower Haitian-American businesses, professionals, and organizations across Pennsylvania through advocacy, partnerships, and programs.
A thriving ecosystem where Haitian-owned and Haitian-serving entities have access to capital, contracts, and collaboration — contributing to a more inclusive economy for all.
Service · Integrity · Collaboration · Excellence · Cultural Pride.

Message from the President
“HACCPA is more than a chamber of commerce — it is a family, a network, and a platform. Our goal is to make sure Haitian professionals and business owners are not working in isolation, but are plugged into resources, partnerships, and opportunities across the state.
As we continue to build HACCPA, we invite you to join us — as a member, partner, or sponsor. Together, we can connect commerce, build bridges, and create new opportunities for the Haitian community and beyond.”
— Rony Joseph, President & CEO, HACCPA
