Rony Joseph
Author of four books and CEO of BazeWay LLC, Rony is an audio engineer and full-stack mobile and web developer with a background in boiler engineering. He brings a powerful mix of technical, creative, and leadership experience to HACCPA—focused on building bridges, creating access, and amplifying Haitian-American excellence across Pennsylvania.
Evelt Vertil
Evelt brings experience in business operations, community outreach, and brand development. As Vice President, he helps connect HACCPA with regional partners, churches, schools, and civic leaders—ensuring the Chamber remains visible and engaged throughout Pennsylvania.
Gertrude Madere
Gertrude oversees HACCPA’s financial stewardship, ensuring that every dollar invested in the Chamber advances transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability for our members and programs.
